Demo Request Notice
Effective from:
This notice explains what happens when you ask Centvra to arrange demos with the suppliers included in your recommended shortlist, including what information we share and when.
On this page8 sections
1. What happens when you request demos
Requesting demos is optional. When you proceed, Centvra sends a summary of your requirements to each supplier included in your recommended shortlist. The number of suppliers may vary depending on your matching results.
Each supplier may accept or decline the introduction independently. Centvra facilitates the introductions but cannot guarantee that a supplier will contact you or that a demo will be arranged or delivered.
2. What we share before a supplier accepts
Centvra sends each recommended supplier a requirements brief that may include:
- The capabilities and requirements you identified
- Your intended timeline
- Your industry and region
- Relevant regulatory or compliance context
At this stage, we do not share your corporate email address. However, particularly specific requirements or context may make your organisation recognisable in some circumstances.
3. What we share after a supplier accepts the introduction
When a supplier accepts the introduction, Centvra shares the corporate email address you provided. This allows the supplier to contact you directly about the requested demo.
Your email address is shared only with suppliers that accept the introduction. Acceptance does not guarantee that the supplier will subsequently contact you or provide a demo.
4. What we do not share
Centvra does not share:
- Your budget
- Why you may be replacing an existing solution
- Centvra's internal notes
- The report or recommendations provided to you
- The names of other suppliers included in your recommended shortlist
5. How suppliers may use your email address
After receiving your corporate email address, a supplier may contact you about the requested demo, your software evaluation, and its related products or services. This may include subsequent marketing communications.
Suppliers operate independently from Centvra and are responsible for how they handle your information under their own privacy notices and applicable laws. You may opt out of marketing directly with the relevant supplier.
6. How Centvra may contact you
Centvra may use your corporate email address to manage the demo request and may occasionally contact you to ask about your experience or seek feedback that helps us improve our matching and services.
You may ask us to stop sending non-essential communications at any time by contacting contactus@centvra.com.
7. If you change your mind
If you change your mind after submitting the request, please contact us at contactus@centvra.com. We will stop any further sharing where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that a request can be cancelled or recall information already sent to a supplier.
If your corporate email address has already been shared, you may ask the relevant supplier to stop contacting you directly.
8. More about how we handle information
For more information about how Centvra collects, uses, shares, protects and retains personal data, please read our Privacy Notice.
